§ What Happens After You Send Your Project
No black box. No sales call. Just a written reply.
Auto-confirmation lands in your inbox with your project ID. It is logged for the founder.
Personally, not a customer-success layer. Feasibility check against current calendar and atelier capacity.
Fixed price, line-itemized, with timeline. Or a written explanation if we are not the right house for the work.
No pressure. No follow-up calls. If you proceed, deposit confirms the commission. If not, no harm done.
Frequently Asked Questions
I have a tech pack, will you take it?
Yes, after a feasibility review. We verify the tech pack is production-ready (gradable, BOM-complete, fabric specifications resolvable). If anything is missing we flag it before quoting.
What is the per-unit cost?
From $85 per unit, varying by category, build quality, fabric, and run size. Quoted line-item per project.
What build qualitys do you offer?
Standard ready-to-wear, premium constructed, and couture hand-finished. Hand-finished is +60 to +250 percent on per-unit cost.
Can you handle multiple colorways?
Yes. Each colorway requires a separate cut and sample sign-off. +25 to +35 percent per additional colorway.
What is the production lead time?
Four to six weeks from sample sign-off to finished, labelled, packaged units. Materials lead time adds to that depending on fabric origin.
Will you take reorders?
Yes. Reorders skip design and sampling fees entirely. Materials and production cost only on a known pattern.
How quickly do you actually reply?
Within 48 business hours. Median response time is 18 hours. We respond from the founder's inbox at [email protected]. If you do not see a reply in 48 hours, check spam.
Do I have to talk to anyone before I get a price?
No. The first interaction is a written quote in your inbox. We do not require a discovery call before pricing. Some clients prefer to talk after the quote lands; that is fine but optional.
Who owns the patterns and tech pack?
You do. Full intellectual property transfer to you after final payment. The pattern files, tech pack, grading, and BOM are yours. We retain an internal archive copy for reorders only.
What if I cancel before production?
Design fee paid before sampling begins is non-refundable once design work has started. Production deposit is refundable up until cutting begins. After cutting, the materials cost is locked in. We tell you clearly at each stage.
Can I see the fabric before sample?
Yes. Fabric swatches ship to you for sign-off before sampling begins. For commissions with custom fabric sourcing, lead time is 4 to 8 weeks for swatches.
