A swimsuit is a technical garment.
Most printed swimwear unravels at the leg holes after six wears. We bar-tack the stress points, use four-needle elastic on the bindings, and bind the leg openings with the same fabric cut on the cross-grain so it stretches with the body. The same goes for the back closures and strap attachments.
Italian performance fabrics from Carvico, Eurojersey, and Sensitive. They hold shape through chlorine, salt water, and SPF. The atelier tests every fabric for shrinkage, dye-fastness, and recovery before cutting. Cheap fabric is the source of most of the problems in this category, and we will not use it.

Swimwear breaks into six sub-categories the atelier produces regularly. Every quote is fixed before any cutting begins.
Tank, halter, cut-out, racerback. Lined where the fabric calls for it, properly bar-tacked at every stress point.
Triangle, bandeau, balconette, scoop. Adjustable straps, real hook closures, no plastic clips.
Open-back maillots and high-leg cuts. Mid-weight stretch with proper boning and bar-tacking.
Engineered-print minis that read as swim coverups but cross over to evening. Lined and finished.
Single-pattern capsules, custom print runs, brand-colourway specials. Five to fifty units.
Sublimation printing on technical fabrics. Repeat patterns, placement prints, full-engineered prints.
