Phase 01 / Intake

First conversation.

You tell us what you want made. A photograph, a sketch, a paragraph; whatever you have. The founder reads every project personally and replies within two business days with a fixed quote, a realistic timeline, and an honest read on whether we're the right atelier for the work.

Phase 02 / Design

Pattern and tech pack.

Once we agree on scope, the design team translates your reference into a working pattern. Fabric is sourced, hardware specified, fit refined on the form. The tech pack belongs to you regardless of whether you proceed to production. Nothing here is built on a marketplace template. Starting from zero? Phase 03 / Sample

First fit, second fit, sign-off.

We sew the first sample to the spec we agreed on. You see it, hold it, photograph it; we adjust whatever needs adjusting and send a second. The garment is not cut at scale until you sign off on a sample you would be proud to ship.

Phase 04 / Production

Cut, sewn, finished, labelled.

Production begins the day the sample is signed off. Five to five hundred units per style, cut on the same table that drafted the pattern, sewn to the standard the sample set, finished and labelled to your specification. Most projects deliver in four to six weeks from sample sign-off.

Phase 05 / Delivery

Packed, shipped, delivered.

Pieces ship to you, or to your customers directly if dropshipping is enabled. Custom labelling, hangtags, and tissue. Reorders after the first run only carry their own production cost; no design or sampling fees the second time around.
