What you actually get

The last five percent matters.

A piece that arrives wrinkled in a polybag with the hangtag jammed under the hem is a different piece than the one that arrives pressed and folded in proper tissue with the label visible. The unboxing is the first physical contact your customer has with your brand, and it is something that most production houses treat as an afterthought. We do not.

Custom labelling, real hangtags, your tissue and stickers, your boxes if you want them, dropship straight to your customers if that's how your business works. Reorders only carry their own production cost; the design and sampling fees are paid once.

Your hangtag, looped with your choice of cord or twine, on every piece. Letterpress, foiled, or printed as specified.

Tissue, stickers, polybags (or not), boxes. Configured per piece or per order.

Via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Chronopost depending on destination. Insured, tracked, signature on delivery.

Dropship.

Direct to your customers if your business runs that way. We handle the pick, pack, and ship per order.

The work in three phases.

Fulfillment runs in parallel with the last days of production and adds about three to five business days to the timeline.

Label and tag.

Labels are sewn in during the finishing stage. Hangtags are attached after pressing. Each piece is checked one last time before it leaves the bench.

Pack.

Pieces are folded by hand, wrapped in tissue, and packed to your spec. If you have a custom box, we use it. If you have stickers or thank-you cards, they go in. If you want unboxing-ready presentation, we build it.

Ship.

Manifest issued, courier collects from the atelier, tracking sent to you within the hour. For dropship orders, each shipment manifests separately with your customer's name and address on the label.

Common questions.

Do you dropship?
Yes. Many of our clients do not hold inventory and ship direct from the atelier. We integrate with most order-management platforms via API or CSV.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. We ship daily to North America, Europe, the UK, and Asia. Customs paperwork is included.
Can I send my own packaging?
Yes. Many clients send custom boxes, tissue, and stickers to the atelier and we use them. We store packaging at no extra charge for active accounts.
What about returns?
For direct-to-customer dropship, returns can route back to the atelier or to your own warehouse, depending on your operation. We do basic QC inspection on returned pieces and report condition.
