§ 001 / What This Is
Lingerie is the hardest small-batch category to do well. Tight tolerances, multi-component construction, complex grading, and almost no margin for fit error. We build it because we can.
Bras, bodysuits, corsets, briefs, suspenders, slips, and structured separates. Cup-and-band combination grading available. Wire, no-wire, bonded, soft, padded, and unpadded constructions.
This is not loungewear. Loungewear is its own category. Lingerie demands grading, fit blocks, and component sourcing that loungewear does not.

§ What Happens After You Send Your Project
No black box. No sales call. Just a written reply.
Auto-confirmation lands in your inbox with your project ID. It is logged for the founder.
Personally, not a customer-success layer. Feasibility check against current calendar and atelier capacity.
Fixed price, line-itemized, with timeline. Or a written explanation if we are not the right house for the work.
No pressure. No follow-up calls. If you proceed, deposit confirms the commission. If not, no harm done.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you handle complex lingerie construction?
Yes. Boning, bias cuts, knit power-mesh, French lace, hand-set hooks-and-eyes. Lingerie sits in our premium and hand-finisheds.
What is the minimum?
Five units per style with design fee. Lingerie often uses smaller cut quantities so the minimum holds.
How is fit handled?
Multiple fit cycles required for lingerie. We typically run three to five sample iterations before sign-off, more than RTW.
Can you handle bridal-adjacent or evening corsetry?
Yes. Hand-built corset structure, bound steel boning, hand-stitched grommet panels. Hand-finished.
What materials do you source?
Italian power-mesh, French lace, Belgian satin, Japanese stretch silk. Sourcing lead time four to eight weeks for premium materials.
How quickly do you actually reply?
Within 48 business hours. Median response time is 18 hours. We respond from the founder's inbox at [email protected]. If you do not see a reply in 48 hours, check spam.
Do I have to talk to anyone before I get a price?
No. The first interaction is a written quote in your inbox. We do not require a discovery call before pricing. Some clients prefer to talk after the quote lands; that is fine but optional.
Who owns the patterns and tech pack?
You do. Full intellectual property transfer to you after final payment. The pattern files, tech pack, grading, and BOM are yours. We retain an internal archive copy for reorders only.
What if I cancel before production?
Design fee paid before sampling begins is non-refundable once design work has started. Production deposit is refundable up until cutting begins. After cutting, the materials cost is locked in. We tell you clearly at each stage.
Can I see the fabric before sample?
Yes. Fabric swatches ship to you for sign-off before sampling begins. For commissions with custom fabric sourcing, lead time is 4 to 8 weeks for swatches.
