The studio partnership secures dedicated capacity in our atelier so your reorders, line extensions, and seasonal pieces move through production on a known cadence rather than competing for slots with new-brand intake.

§ 002 / What the Partnership Covers

  1. 01Dedicated CapacityA reserved share of atelier hours each month, allocated to your brand. Capacity rolls forward up to 90 days if unused.
  2. 02Priority Sample TurnaroundSample iterations turned in 5–7 days vs the standard 7–14. Priority lane during seasonal pre-production.

We accept 2–4 new studio partnerships per quarter. We decline relationships that do not fit our atelier capacity, technical capability, or brand-fit standards.

Decline rate is approximately 60% of partnership inquiries. We say no when we cannot do justice to the work or when the cadence does not match our capacity profile.

What does studio partnership include?

Dedicated production capacity, priority queue ahead of single-capsule briefs, ten to fifteen percent retainer credits applied against per-unit cost, and a direct line to the founder for escalations.

How much is the retainer?

From $7,500 per month, billed quarterly. Larger commitments unlock larger credit percentages.

Can I pause or scale up?

Yes. Studio partnerships run on quarterly contracts. You can pause between quarters or scale capacity at the next quarter boundary.

Will you take reorders on existing patterns?

Yes. Reorders skip design and sampling fees entirely. Materials and per-unit production cost only.

What is the cap on partnerships?

Two to four new studio partnerships per quarter. We decline more than we accept.

Is there a long-term commitment?

Quarterly. We do not lock you into annual contracts.

How quickly do you actually reply?

Within 48 business hours. Median response time is 18 hours. We respond from the founder's inbox at [email protected]. If you do not see a reply in 48 hours, check spam.

Do I have to talk to anyone before I get a price?

No. The first interaction is a written quote in your inbox. We do not require a discovery call before pricing. Some clients prefer to talk after the quote lands; that is fine but optional.

Who owns the patterns and tech pack?

You do. Full intellectual property transfer to you after final payment. The pattern files, tech pack, grading, and BOM are yours. We retain an internal archive copy for reorders only.

What if I cancel before production?

Design fee paid before sampling begins is non-refundable once design work has started. Production deposit is refundable up until cutting begins. After cutting, the materials cost is locked in. We tell you clearly at each stage.

Can I see the fabric before sample?

Yes. Fabric swatches ship to you for sign-off before sampling begins. For commissions with custom fabric sourcing, lead time is 4 to 8 weeks for swatches.
