§ 001 / Why POD Fails Your Audience

POD QUALITY · GENERIC

POD MARGIN · THIN

Print-on-demand quality is generic-blank tier. Margins are thin. Customers know the difference.

Your audience expects more from you. Real product means real construction, real fabric, real fit. A logo on a Printful blank is a coupon, not a brand.

§ 002 / What We Build

  1. 01Five-Piece MinimumNot 50. Not 500. Five. You can launch a tested capsule before committing larger capital.
  2. 02Custom Pattern + Tech PackDesigned for your concept. Pattern files yours. No generic-blank lifts.
  3. 03Real ProductionCut-and-sew. Not print-and-pack. Your brand label, your packaging, your story behind real garments.
  4. 04Reorder PipelineWhen pieces sell, reorders skip design and sampling. Re-runs in 2–3 weeks at production-only cost.
  5. 05Optional FulfillmentPick-pack-ship from atelier directly to your customers if you do not want to handle inventory yourself.

§ 004 / When to Reach Out

  1. AWhen you have an audience asking for productYou are getting DMs about merch. Time to ship something real.
  2. BWhen you are willing to invest in real productReal construction costs more than POD up front. Worth it because margins and repeat orders compound.
  3. CWhen you want to build a brand that outlives the audience cycleReal garments outlive the platform attention. POD merch does not.

Frequently
Asked.

I have an audience but no fashion background, can you guide me?

Yes. Most of our launch clients come from outside fashion. We guide silhouette decisions, fabric selection, fit, and production sequencing.

What is the minimum?

Five units per style with the design fee paid up front. Below five we treat as bespoke.

How much for a small drop?

Typical three-style drop at thirty total units lands between fifteen thousand and thirty thousand dollars, all-in.

Do you do custom packaging?

Yes. Branded boxes, garment bags, dust covers, swing tags from $1,000 minimum (manufacturer MOQ).

What about color and fabric variations?

Each additional colorway adds twenty-five to thirty-five percent on per-unit cost (separate cut, separate sample).

How long is the timeline?

Twelve to twenty weeks for a first-time drop. Reorders on the same pattern are four to six weeks.
