What separates ours from a print-on-demand tee.
The difference is in the things you do not see at first. The hem of a t-shirt should be properly twin-needled with the right tension, not a wobbly single-needle line that ripples after the first wash. The neckline should be set on a real cover-stitch with a binding cut on the same grain as the body. Seams should be flat-locked or French-seamed where the fabric calls for it, not over-locked and trimmed back so close they unravel.
The same care goes into fleece and jersey separates. Real ribbing on the cuffs and hems. Drawcords with proper aglets. Linings on the sweats that don't pill. Garment-washed cotton that has been pre-shrunk in the atelier, not "we'll see how it shrinks at home."
Mill-spec weights. Cotton from Portugal and Turkey. Jersey from 180 to 400 gsm.
Flat-locked. Or French-seamed where the fabric calls for it.
Twin-needled. Proper tension. No wobble after wash.
Real screen-printing. Or embroidery, sublimation, or embossing. Never DTG unless requested.
What we make.
Streetwear breaks into six sub-categories the atelier produces regularly. Every quote is fixed before any cutting begins.
Single-jersey cotton, 180 to 240 gsm. Twin-needle hems, cover-stitched neckline, neat shoulder seams.
320 to 400 gsm fleece. Real ribbing, proper drawcords, garment-washed for shrinkage.
Fleece-back trousers and joggers with elasticated waistbands. Side pockets where they're supposed to be.
Long-sleeve tees, henleys, base layers. Slim through the body, proper cuff construction.
Fine-gauge knits, simple cardigans, the base of any collection. Finished to the same standard.
Real screen-printing, embroidery, embossing, sublimation. Set up and pulled in the atelier.
