Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from POD?
Real construction construction, real fabric weight, real fit. Print-on-demand is a coupon. This is a brand. Your audience knows the difference.
What is the minimum?
Five units per style with design fee. Below five is bespoke. 50 units without design fee.
How fast can I drop?
Twelve to sixteen weeks from sketch to drop, including sourcing, sampling, production. Reorders on the same pattern are 4–6 weeks.
Can I do small drops with custom prints?
Yes. Sublimation MOQs on print runs start at 50 meters. Screen print works for tighter quantities.
Will you respect my design?
Yes. We execute to your tech pack. If we see a construction problem we flag it before cutting; nothing changes without written sign-off.
Do I keep the patterns?
Yes. Full IP transfer to you after final payment. Patterns, tech pack, grading.
How quickly do you actually reply?
Within 48 business hours. Median response time is 18 hours. We respond from the founder's inbox at [email protected]. If you do not see a reply in 48 hours, check spam.
Do I have to talk to anyone before I get a price?
No. The first interaction is a written quote in your inbox. We do not require a discovery call before pricing. Some clients prefer to talk after the quote lands; that is fine but optional.
Who owns the patterns and tech pack?
You do. Full intellectual property transfer to you after final payment. The pattern files, tech pack, grading, and BOM are yours. We retain an internal archive copy for reorders only.
What if I cancel before production?
Design fee paid before sampling begins is non-refundable once design work has started. Production deposit is refundable up until cutting begins. After cutting, the materials cost is locked in. We tell you clearly at each stage.
Can I see the fabric before sample?
Yes. Fabric swatches ship to you for sign-off before sampling begins. For commissions with custom fabric sourcing, lead time is 4 to 8 weeks for swatches.
